Proven business model typically reflected via strong unit economics and profitability greater than 20%
Capital efficiency demonstrated via consistent cash flow generation and high return on invested capital
North American market focus, with access to deep talent pool and lean cost-structure in India
Privately-owned, founder-led or management-driven businesses
Deep domain expertise leading to ‘ownership’ of specific horizontals or verticals
Platform potential due to ability to acquire and integrate add-ons
Control or Significantly Minority positions for a partnership-led approach
